great design, and Philadelphia’s vibrant nonprofit sector. We believe that invigorating visuals are an essential part of keeping our region’s organizations vital and connected with their communities. That’s why created REACH Partnerships, a program designed specifically to support small-to-medium nonprofits.
REACH is a subscription program that gives organizations with limited capacity ongoing access to the resources and design expertise of GDLOFT. REACH Partners will get up to 30 hours monthly of design requests, revisions, and dedicated design support from GDLOFT (with an option to purchase additional hours).

As a REACH Partner, you get more than world-class design. You get a collaborative relationship with an expert who checks-in with you on a monthly basis to discuss your goals, recommend strategies, and give you updates on projects.

What do we mean when we say ‘subscription-based program’?
Over the course of a normal year, the cost of designing individual pieces adds up. REACH Partners don’t pay on a per-project basis. Instead, we allot a set number of hours every month to work on anything you need. In this way, your organization can get more work done for less.
How does it work?
Once you become a REACH Partner, you get ongoing access to GDLOFT for the duration of your subscription. Your GDLOFT project manager will schedule regular monthly check-ins with you to establish goals, suggest strategies, and update you on projects. Turn-around time on projects will vary, but once you submit a design request, you can expect a response within 48 hours.
Do I have to sign up for a whole year?
Not necessarily! We know design needs vary from organization to organization. To accommodate organizations with shorter term projects, we offer 6 and 12 month options.
Does ‘ongoing access’ mean unlimited time?
REACH Partners have 20 hours of time available to them every month, which will include a monthly check-in call to make we are meeting your needs and provide recommendations on upcoming projects. By working with you at the start of your subscription to identify your design needs, GDLOFT can maximize how it organizes and schedules projects.
Can we cancel early?
We consider our relationship with REACH Partners to be a mutual commitment. GDLOFT will be providing our services at a discount to our hourly and project rates. In exchange, we are asking our REACH Partners to continue the relationship through the full contract period. As a result, your contract may be canceled prior to expiration only by paying an amount that is the lesser of 3 months of the monthly fee or the remaining balance of the contract duration.
How do I know if my organization is eligible?
If your organization is at the point where it has substantial design needs, but can’t yet afford a full-time, in-house designer, then you are probably eligible. We think most REACH Partner organizations have an annual revenue between $100k and $10 million, but we consider every potential Partner on an individual basis.
Are there any services not included?
GDLOFT REACH does NOT include printing, copywriting or editing, or backend web development, and video or photography services. We can pair any and all of these services with your REACH contract projects for an additional fee.
