Lantern Theater Company 16th Season Identity (2009)
The visual direction chosen for Lantern Theater Company’s 16th Season was derived from a need to simplify the previous season’s collage. Since this was a period of economic recession, a less visually overindulgent direction proved to be a necessary solution. Here type was manipulated to convey the sense of drama and movement found in Lantern’s wide choice of plays, and concrete visuals limited to simplified graphics.
